Recipe to Make Instant Khaman Mix in just 7 Easy Step:

    1. Mix 750 ml of water to 500g of Khaman in a Vessel and mix it with spoon gently to make the paste smooth. (Optional add green chilly & ginger as per your taste)
    Place the steel ring (2 inch approx.) at the bottom of cooker / vessel on high flame for 2 min.
    2. Grease the inner surface of aluminum pot with oil from all sides & pour the paste in it.
      3. Keep the aluminum pot in cooker/vessel. Note : Don't keep whistle on the lid of the cooker.


      4. Keep the cooker or vessel on high flame for 15-20 min & allow the steam to pass out.


      5. Off the flame & cool the cooker or vessel for 5 min & take out khaman container for Indian Tadka.


    6. FOR TADKA: Heat about 40 ml of oil  Add one spoon mustard seeds & small pieces of green chilly Pour it evenly on khaman and cut it into pieces.

          7. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut & serve it with         
          Coriander/Pudina Chutney or any other Chutney / Sauce of your choice.
