Ingredients: Moong Dal Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, fennel Seeds, Citric Acid, Sod. Bicarbonate, Iodised Salt. 


Recipe to Make Instant Moong Bhajiya:

1. Uniformiy Mix 500gms of Gangwal Moong Bhajiya Mix in 600ml of Water to make the Smooth paste.                                                                                          SUGGESTION : Make Sure that batter gets Smooth.You Can add finely Chopped Onions, Spinach, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic etc. as  per your Choice to the paste. Keep it aside for 10-15 min...                                                                                           
2. Make Bhajiya (Pakodas) as per required SiZe form the paste in Hot Oil  Fry gently till it become light brown & Crispy.

Serve hot With Pudina Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
