2019 mein meri bhanji Singapore gayi — pehli baar. Hum airport pe chhod ne gaye. Haath mein ek bag tha — kapde nahi, dimaag nahi, office papers nahi. Ek dabba tha. Double laung sev. Ratlami sev. Aur thodi si shakkar-para. Customs officer ne poochha: “What’s in the bag?” Usne bola: “Home.”

Yeh Indore ka namkeen hai. Yeh sirf snack nahi hai — yeh ek feeling hai. Yeh woh cheez hai jo har Indori ghar se jaate waqt pack karta hai, aur jo har bahar ka insaan Indore se wapas laata hai. Yeh woh pehli cheez hai jo NRI yaad karta hai jab homesick hota hai, aur woh aakhri cheez hai jab koi visitor Indore chodta hai.

1. Laung Sev (Double Laung Sev) — The Crown Jewel
